If you have been living under a rock then chances are you may not be aware of what this nifty program is and what it does. Microsoft Excel is a spread sheet program that allows users to do such things as create accounting sheets, check monthly out goings and in goings, create worksheets of any requirement really.
That is the strong thing regarding Excel, it has a fantastic flexibility that users can take advantage of so that the program will help you with your own specific requirements.
The great thing about this is that it virtually offers the user unlimited variations on what to use it for.
I personally use this to create a worksheet that will display all my financial streams for the month. Using Excel will make sure I know exactly what my bank balance is sitting at without ever having to go to the bank to check for myself.
There are more advanced stuff I could go into but for the time being this will do. There are parts I would like to talk about more such as Macros and advanced formulas but these things either require dedication to learn or even better if you attend some advanced Excel training courses you will pick these advanced techniques up.
